Most frequent questions and answers
We would like to make your online shopping experience as fast and smooth as possible, so we are therefore offering a range of delivery options to ensure flexibility and convenience.
Please note that given times are based on our internal arrangements and we try our best to remain as accurate as possible, however, under unforeseen circumstances, please allocate a day or two for our team to get your items to your hands. We will always update you on its status via email.
Click and Collect
Click and Collect is a free service by Wujin Suppliers. Orders can be collected within 1-2 business days at the appointed store. If the order is submitted after 5:00 pm, it most likely will be available in 2 working days. You will be notified by us via email. You need to bring along your IC and your purchase receipt in order to collect your item.
Metro Delivery
For Klang Valley, deliveries are mostly done within 2-5 business days. (Orders submitted on Friday or a day before public holiday at 5:00pm onwards will be processed on following business day)
Regional Delivery
Deliveries to outside of Klang Valley area will occur in 2-7 working days. (Orders submitted on Friday or a day before public holiday at 5:00pm onwards will be processed on following business day)

WuJin Suppliers ensures that all information collected will be safely and securely stored. The following security features are currently implemented by us in relation to our services or Website:

- Using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology when processing your financial details. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break and is the industry standard. However, we are unable to guarantee the protection of any data you share online and, in the unlikely event of a security breach, we shall not be responsible for data loss / theft unless it is due to our incompetence or unlawful actions.
ONLINE PURCHASES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Online purchases with tax invoice can be returned in-store.
WuJin Supplies does not offer a refund or exchange on the following items:
- Cement or cementitious products
- Construction steel bars or industrial metal products
- Timber, and related products
- Selected shelf-life products
- Special order or custom-made products
- Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request
- Tinted paint (if you change your mind on the colour)
Please be advised that due to its product quality, use requirements, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other similar characteristics there are goods / products which are specifically not returnable & refundable. Per product / good can differ accordingly. At WuJin Suppliers, we are taking this great measure to provide all consumers with the highest quality of goods / products.
